Zuber Patrawala, a travel agent based in Mumbai in India, says that the best time to visit India is from October to March, before the heat and the monsoons set in.

This covers the capital city Delhi which can be the base for travellers wanting to visit the North of India; the city of Agra, home to the world-famous Taj Mahal; and Jaipur, the pink city. India has a Muslim population of approximately 200 million, with the second largest number of Muslims in the world.
