1 tsp garlic pounded
1 tsp ginger pounded
½ tsp poppy seeds
1 green chilli chopped
1 tsp red chillli
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhana jeeru
1 cup yoghurt
2 grated tomatoes
1 Tbsp oil
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
2 peppercorns
1 onions
1 cup mix vegetables
2 cups cooked rice
Fruit
3 prunes
1 orange
A few slices
1 apple

2 tsp fresh parsley.
Marinate chicken in spices, yoghurt and tomatoes for 15 20 minutes. Heat oil in a sauce pan add cloves cinnamon and peppercorns allow to sizzle. Add onions and sauté until lightly browned. Add marinated chicken and cook covered on medium heat until done. Stirring a few minutes. Meanwhile boil mixed veg for 2 minutes, drain and add to rice
On a large serving platter spread out rice mixture, add chicken and garnish with slices of fruit.
