1 ¼ cup sugar
¾ cup fish oil
4 eggs
– Beat well with electric beater.
1 ½ cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
– Sift together.
– Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
– Add ¾ cup boiling water to the mixture.
– Pour the mixture into a round tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Icing :
Cadburys whole nut/plain/peppermint.
Melt it and add 1 small nestle cream. Mix and pour over cake.
