Boil or roast your brinjals Remove the center keep aside
Then in a pot Make vagaar with:
1 onion Tsp whole jeeroo
Green chillies
Half tsp arid
Tsp Ginger/garlic paste
2tsp dhana jeeroo
Braise all the above till well done Add brinjal paste Then add a quarter cup yoghurt full cream Lemon juice Cook till the oil comes to the top Garnish with fresh green dhana Enjoy with roti.
