1 kg CHICKET FILLET SLICED INTO THICKISH FINGERS
* 1 – 2 TSP SALT TO TASTE
* 4 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
* 4 TBLSP SEMOLINA
* 2 TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLIES
* 2TSP RED CHILLIE POWDER
* ½ TSP BLACK PEPPER
* PINCH OF TURMERIC/ARAD
* 2 TSP GROUND GARLIC
SESAME SEEDS
METHOD
MAKE A PASTE WITH MARKED INGREDIENTS.
MARINATE CHICKEN WITH PASTE AND LEAVE FOR A FEW HOURS.
SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS OVER CHICKEN.
PLACE ONTO A TRAY AND PUT PIECES OF BUTTER ONTO CHICKEN PIECES.
COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
REMOVE FOIL AND ALLOW TO REDDEN SLIGHTLY.
SERVE WITH CHIPS AND SALADS.
