½ bucket lavender twigs , leaves and flowers, roughly chopped
1 bucket boiling water
¼ bucket mixed rue and khakibos or marigold sprigs, roughly chopped
1 cup soap water
Pour the boiling water over the leaves and stand overnight to draw. Next morning, strain and dump the spent sprigs and leaes on the compost heap. Mix in the soap powder and stir well. Spray or splash onto plants. This brew can be used to wash out bird cages, rabbit hutches and dog kennels.
