2 Cups icing sugar
2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
Sift icing sugar into a bowl. Stir in the lemon rind and butter. Add sufficient lemon juice to mix to a smooth spread-able icing.
CHOCOLATE ICING
Ingredients
2 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons hot water
Method
Sift icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add vanilla essence and butter and mix. Add sufficient hot water to make a smooth icing.
CREAM CHEESE ICING
Ingredients
60 grams butter
150 grams cream cheese
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup icing sugar
Method
Place all the above ingredients into a bowl of processor. Process until smooth. Alternatively, beat with a wooden spoon.
