Boil 1 cup macaroni and leave aside
Cook ½ kg cubed chicken fillet with 1 tblsp chilli garlic paste,1 tsp chilli powder, 3 tblsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp dry ground dhana, ½ tsp arad,1 onion (grated), 1 big tomato (grated), 1 green pepper (cubed) and 2 tblsp ghee/oil. Cook till done but mixture should be saucy.
Mix macaroni with chicken and layer in Pyrex dish make a white sauce with:
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tblsp butter
Warm milk on stove till it comes to a boil, mix 2 tblsp cake flour with a little water to make a paste, stir milk all the time and slowly add paste, continue stirring so sauce thickens. By stirring sauce continuously, it prevents it from getting lumpy. Once sauce is ready add on top of macaroni, top with grated cheese and bake.
