INGREDIENTS
½kg Chicken mince (washed)
2 Eggs whipped
Breadcrumbs for coating
1 Tin of Nestle Cream
½ Bunch fresh green Dhania
6 Green chillies
2 Fresh garlic (paste)
2 Teaspoons ground ginger
Oil for frying
3 Slices of bread soaked in water then squeeze out.
METHOD
Blend all of the above ingredients except mince, eggs, breadcrumbs, oil and bread in a fine paste. Then add this mixture into mince then add egg and bread. Set a side for a few hours. Then roll into a finger size Tikka.Dip into beaten eggs and then into breadcrumbs. Shallow fry until done on both sides. Can be frozen.
