Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
1 ½ cups sugar
260g butter
5 eggs
¾ cups milk
2 ½ tblsp cocoa powder
2 ½ tsp baking powder
Method
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Sift the flour and baking powder. Fold in the flour and milk alternatively. Take out a third of the mixture into a bowl and add the cocoa to it. Add the two batters. Alternatively into a greased tin. Stir the batter lighty with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees until done.
