Mavaah Chicken (22.10.07)
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces)
1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garli8c
1 Tbsp almonds
1 Tbsp green pistachios
1 Tbsp Kajoo
2 Medium Onions
¼ pound butter
1 ¼ cup oil
½ tsp saffron
½ bunch green dhaniya (Chopped)
Salt- as test
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp ground jeeru
3 laveng
2 elachi
2 cinnamon
Method:
Wash chicken and set aside. Now take almonds, Kajoo, pistachios and ground jeroo and grain it all together.
Marinate chicken into ginger garlic and green chillies and leave one side.
Take 2 onions and grain it
One pot, 1 ¼ cup oil and add cinnamon , laveng and elachi.
And add onions (take out water from onions) and mixed well when onions becomes pink then throw inside pot marinate chicken and stir well and put it on low heat and cook for 10 min when water id dry then add dry ingredients
Add sour crème and cook on medium heat, and when it is dry put butter and leave on slow heat till it is cooked and decorate with chopped dhania and serve with paraatha.
