Ingredients
1 500g 4 in 1 soup mix
Boiled and Liquidized
1 kg chicken or meat
2 onions sliced
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp gharam masala
3 tsp Sujees Green
Masala
2 tsp Sujees Ginger
Garlic Masala
1 tsp black pepper
Powder
2 tsp salt
Dhannia
Spring onions
Butter
Directions
- Braise onions with jeera and oil ghee. Throw in washed chicken or mutton once onions ready. Add salt, Sujees Green Masala and Sujees Ginger Garlic Masala, pepper and let it cook. Mutton will cook longer.
- When the chicken is firm but not fully cooked but not fully cooked add liquidized mixture in and 1 kettle boiling water. Let it boil and add finely cut dhannu. Spring onion, gharam and 65g butter at the end.
- Taste for salt. If you using mutton it needs to be 3/4 cooked before adding the mixture in to boil.
