Another quick one pot meal . Perfect for brunch . Perfect for students. Or holidays
If u craving a delicious meal. Its so simple
1 can of Middle cut fish
Remove from the tin
Drain out water
Use the top of the can to scrape out the skin and to flip open the fish ..scrape out the bone
Rinse lightly if u wish
Peel and cube 1 medium potato
Put in your pot and add half cup water
Boil till the potato is cooked but not mushy
Remove potato onto fish
Add butter or oil to the pot
Add some garlic or garlic flakes
Add in 1 can of Indian style canned tomatoes .. I used the woolies brand
Add salt or aromat to taste
1 tsp medium curry powder .
Half tsp rajah curry powder
Dash of pepper
If u have turmeric. Cumin and coriander .add a dash
Mix well and simmer few minutes
Add in the fish and potatoes
Add half cup if water
Allow to cook and simmer
Add chopped greens over
Enjoy
