1 tsp whole mustard
2 tablespn oil
1 cup frozen mix veg
1 cup frozen whole corn
Half cup frozen peas
Half cup water
2 potatoes- cubed & boiled
1 tablespn green chillies – pounded
2 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp fresh garlic- fine
I teaspn fine dhania
Half cup greens – spring onion & dhania
Method
Add whole mustard to oil. when mustard begins to sizzle, add mix veg,corn & peas
Add water & cook on med heat until all water has evaporated. Keep veggies moist
Add potatoes & rest of ingredients & braise, stirring continuously for 5 min
when cool add greens
