2 cups mug daar
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 onions chopped
Green chilies to taste
Chopped green Dhana and spring onions
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground Dhana
Salt to taste
Method
Soak daar with bi carb overnight
Rinse well and spread on a clean cloth.
Mince daar with 2 onions and green chillies or put in magi mix
Mix remaining ingredients and fry in hot oil. Fry until cooked and light brown
