Soak maag ni dhal over night
Rinse in morning
Sieve add chopped onions tomato’s green masala ground dhania (coriander) Arad
(Turmeric) salt little red chillie powder and oil
Cook on low heat than add Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji and cook till done
Garnish with green chillie and chopped dhania (coriander) and curry leaves
