2 chicken
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 Tbsp BBQ spice
1 Tbsp Maggi Fondor
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp red Masala
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Medium deep oil for frying
Method:
Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients for 6 hours.
Dipping mixture:
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp chicken Spice
1 Tbsp BBQ spice
Green dhania
Method:
Mix the above ingredients together. Dip each chicken piece into the mixture and fry in a large frying pan on low to cook through. Serve with chips and salads.
