Muallimah Khadijah Haffejee

She completed her aalimah course at Madrassah Zakariyya in 1989, she was from amongst the first group of students and graduates from the madrassah!

Ever since she completed her studies in 1989, she has been serving the community,teaching madrassah to Grade R’s, highschool going girl’s and reverts. She does it with immense passion and interest, and continued teaching through a major life change, relocating from a small town to the big city!

She charges a minimum fee and i am witness to the great number of students and reverts that she taught and did not take any fee from!

She is very active in community programs, programs at the prisons in Johannesburg, programs for elderly people as well as programs directed at the average person.

I have not seen any Appa connect with each student so individually,so simply, yet so effectively MashaAllaah! May Allah accept and take her from strength to strength. Aameen
