Next day wash n blend in a food processer into a fine pulp
Add in:
2 grated onions
1 ½ cups chana flour
½ cup meile meal
½ bunch green dhania – chopped
½ bunch methi bhajie chopped – optional
Some green masala
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dhania powder
2 tsp whole /fine jeero
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
Some spring onions
2 tsp ginger garlic masala
Mix everything together and fry.
