2 cups ghee
2 cups castor sugar
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp tasty wheat
Pinch of salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
1 tsp ground elachi
2 Tbsp ground almonds
¼ tsp bicarb
Method:
Cream together ghee and sugar, beating very well. Add yolks and then tasty wheat and beat again. Add the rest of ingredients one by one until smooth dough is formed. Mix with hands very well. Mould into round biscuits using knife. Press almond into the centre. Bake at 160 for 20 to 22 minutes.
