Recipe:

Box of Olives

Pkt of salt

Wash olives and make slits on each one until the pit.

Soak them in water for 5 days.

Change water each day.

2 tbsp salt in a dish of water, after the 5^th change the water, 1 day plain water and 1 day salt water, it will change colour.

Rinse & and put in a bottle.

Boil water and let it cool.

In the bottle add:

1 1/3 olive oil

1 1/3 lemon juice

1 1/3 cooled water

2 level tsp of salt

Place the bottle in the sun each day.

Turn the bottle upside down, and place it right side up also
