Ingredients:
500g chicken diced
500g papdi or green beans or chori beans
2 tbsp shelled peas or papri beans
2 onions (sliced)
2 tomatoes
½ cup oil
½ tsp ajmo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp arad
1 tsp jeero
1 tsp red chillies
1 piece cinnamon
1 tsp ginger/garlic
2 tbsp yogurt
A few cloves and peppers
Method:
Braise onions in ghee till pale golden color.
Simmer the chicken pieces with the spices
Add chicken pieces to ghee and simmer till meat is well coated and moisture is evaporated.
Add yogurt and tomatoes and allow blending in well.
Add vegetables and simmer till meat and vegetables are half done.
Add prepared moothias and place on top of curry.
Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water and steam very slowly for 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped dhania and serve
