1 cup pasta twist (boiled)
1 carrot (cubed)
½ red pepper (cubed)
2 marrows (cubed)
½ cup corn
Marrow and corn should be steamed.
Cook 1 cup chicken fillet (cubed) with 1 tblsp green masala, 1 tsp salt and 1 tblsp butter till done.
When chicken and pasta is cool, mix everything together and make a dressing with.
½ cup crème fraiche
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup steers Italian dressing
Mix everything together and if more salt is required then just add a little more, put in a lovely bowl and serve. Delicious at a braai.
