INGREDIENTS
Onion
Methi masala
amli (soaked)
Chopped tomato
fresh coconut grated.
Chop an onion & make vagaar with a little oil mixed with a little coconut oil. When onions are pink add methi masala & braise quickly on low heat. Layer patarya. Chopped tomatoe & allow tomatoe to cook through.
Meanwhile make vagaar (low heat) with oil, rye/mustard seeds n grated coconut. (Be careful coconut burns easily). Pour over coconut and allow t steam. Serve with fresh puri
