Add spices

Dhana / jeeroo (1½tsp)
Arid (¼ tsp)
Kashmiri chilli powder 1½tsp
Saute for a few mins
Add 2 grated tomatoes
Allow to cook
Add half roll of cut up pateria do not stir too much done in under 10mins
