¾ cup icing sugar
6 tsp baking powder
4 ounce butter
¼ cup oil
BEAT ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MAGIMIX
THEN ADD IN:
¾ cups sour milk
¼ cup water
1 egg and a little vanilla essence
Grease patty pans/cup cake pans
Scoop I tblsp in each patty pan.
Brush with egg..
Bake at 180 ..Until light brown
