Ingredients:
125g butter
250ml self rising flour
3ml vanilla
50ml icing sugar for dusting
Method;
Mix together all ingredients
Shape into small balls and place on greased baking tray.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160C for 25min
Remove from oven and while still hot, dust with icing sugar.
