Pepper oven chicken (09.10.07)
1 chicken cut into pieces
½ tin tomato puree
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 medium tomatoes chopped
4 potatoes cubed and fried
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 red chillies
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic
Method:
Mix the chicken with oil spices. Add chopped potatoes, onions, tomatoes.
Bake in a pyrex dish with butter on top.
When done, add fried cubed potatoes.
Garnish, chopped dhunia, cut green & red peppers and garnish coloured onions
