2 small chickens
1 ¾ tsp salt
4 tsp red chilli powder
4 tsp red masala
1 ½ tsp lemmon pepper
2 tsp crushed jeero
2 tsp peri – peri oil
½ cup ghee
¼ cup lemmon
Sauce:
½ tin tomato puree
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp red chilli powder.
Marinate chicken
fry on both sides.
When ½ done, pour sauce on top and allow to cook until done.
