2 small chickens
1 ¾ tsp salt
4 tsp red chilli powder
4 tsp red masala
1 ½ tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp crushed jeero
2 tsp peri peri oil
½ cup ghee
¼ cup lemon juice
Sauce:
½ tin tomato puree
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp red chilli powder
Marinate chicken
Fry on both sides
When ½ done pour sauce on to and allow to cook until done.
