1 Tbsp ghee
1 cup cubed chicken fillet
1 tsp dhana jeero
½ tsp salt
1 tsp green chilies
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp jalapeno sauce
1 cup corn
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 box phyllo pastry
Slice onion and braise in ghee.
Add chicken, dhana jeero, salt, green chillies, pepper and 1 Tbsp mayonnaise.
Cook until done
Add 1 Tbsp mayonnaise jalapeno sauce, corn and cheese to cooked chicken.
Mix everything together.
Take 3 sheets of phyllo pastry and join together by brushing melted ghee between sheets.
Cut into strips and fill as for samoosas, seal with ghee.
Place on a baking tray, brush tops with ghee and sprinkle with till.
Bake at 180 degrees fro 15 – 20 minutes.
