1 mascarpone
250ml fresh cream
1 Condensed milk
1/2 cup pistachio cream
1 pack boudoir biscuits
Coffee
Dark chocolate or dark cocoa
Pistachios
Beat the mascarpone till smooth
Add the Condensed milk and mix well.
Add the cream and whip it till soft peaks.
Divide the mixture in 2
Add the pistachio paste to half the mixture.
Start layering
Plain mixture
Biscuits dipped in coffee
Pistachio mixture
Continue layering
Top of with melted dark chocolate or dark cocoa powder
Top with chopped pistachios/kunefe with pistachio paste/dried rose petals.
Keep in fridge.
Can be served frozen as well.
