500g chicken fillet- cut into strips.
Marinate in
2 tsp garlic paste
½tsp red chilli paste.
1 tsp chilli powder.
½ tsp crushed jeeroo.
½ tsp dhana jeeroo.
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp lemon juice.
Method
Cook in 3 tblsp butter…
When halfway cooked add in the following;
A half green pepper cut into strips.
A Half red pepper cut into strips.
1 punnet mushroom sliced.
1 small onion sliced.
Cook till all the water burns out…
Keep aside…
SAUCE:
1 tub fresh cream. 250ml
2 tblsptamatoe paste.
2 tblsp Minnies peri peri sauce.
4 tblsp Minnies Prego sauce.
2 tblsp Nandos garlic peri peri sauce.
Mix n give 1 boil and add it to the chicken.
Layer as follows:
1.Chicken n sauce.
2.chips of +- 5 medium potatoes – fried and spiced with salt chillie powder and vinegar
3. Lots of Gouda cheese.
4. Sprinkle parsley.
Bake till cheese melts
