Posh Chocolate Trifle (07.09.2010)

1 round ready made sponger cake

2 cups ready made custard

125ml fresh cream

2 tbsp icing sugar

Fresh fruit in season

 

Method:

Cut sponge cake into a rectangle and cut into slices.

Place cake slices on a rectangular plate, leaving spaces between the slices.

Drizzle fresh cream over the custard.

Place fresh fruit between the slices.

Decorate with more fruit, leave in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve.
