Potato cutlets recipe (21.07.11)

INGREDIENTS
½ KG WASHED AND DRAINED STEAK MINCE – THERE MUST BE NO WATER IN THE MINCE
2 POTATOES BOILED IN THEIR JACKETS.
SALT TO TASTE
CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE
1 ½ TSP DHANIA POWDER
1 TSP JEERA POWDER
½ TSP ARAD TURMERIC
1 ½ TSP CRUSHED GARLIC
GREEN DHANIA AND MINT

METHOD
PUT WASHED DRAINED MINCE A BOWL.
PEEL  BOILED POTATOES AND CUT IT UP AND ADD TO MINCE
ADD SPICES, GREEN CHILLIES, GARLIC AND GREENS TO MINCE MIXTURE.
THEREAFTER MIX TOGETHER IN MAGIMIX.
MINCE MIXTURE MUST BE NICE AND SOFT.
FORM IN TO CUTLETS.
DIP IN FLOUR AND THEN IN EGG.
FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT.
ENJOY WITH CHUTNEY OF CHOICE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE CUTLETS CANNOT BE FROZEN. BETTER TO MAKE THEM FRESH.
