1 large potato peeled and grated
2 cups of water 1cup milk
1/2 cup frozen corn or 1 tin sweetcorn
1 green and red chili chopped
100gr butter salt to taste
1cup mielie meal
Method
Boil potato till tender Add milk corn chilies and half the butter Boil then add mielie meal and salt Stir to avoid lumps Dot with remaining butter Steam till fluffy
