½ kg cleaned prawns
Steam prawns with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chillies and 2 tblsp butter
5 tblsp mayonnaise
2 tblsp tomato sauce
5 tblsp creme fraiche (woolworths)
1 tblsp worcester sauce
1 green apple (cubed)
½ cucumber (cubed)
1 onion (cubed)
Pineapple (cubed)-(optional)
Salt and pepper
Mix everything together including cooked prawns.
Shred lettuce and add to individual bowls, top with prawn mixture and garnish with cocktail tomatoes, lemon wedges and olives.
