500g Prawns (Shelled and Cleaned)
1 tsp Chillie Garlic paste
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Butter
125 ml Fresh Cream
½ green pepper (cubed)
½ red pepper (cubed)
Method
Marinate prawns in all the ingredients, except butter and cream for 1hour. Boil pasta of your choice and keep aside. Heat butter in a non stick pan and cook prawns on high for 4 minutes. Add Red and Green Peppers. Marinade should Reduce but not dry out completely. Lastly add Cream and transfer to a casserole Dish. Add grated cheese and Pop in oven till" cheese melts.
*CHICKEN FILLET CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR PRAWNS
