1kg prawns
Marinade:
2 tsp chillie powder
½ cup lemon juice
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp lemon pepper
2 Tbsp peri-peri oil
Heat on skottel:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup peri-peri oil
125g butter
Butter Sauce:
250g butter
¼ cup lemon juice
½ tsp garlic flakes
Salt & pepper
Method:
1) Clean, devein & wash prawns . Dry well.
2) Mix the marinade ingredients & add to the prawns.
3) Marinate for 1 hour.
4) Heat the oils & add butter on the skottel & cook the prawns until done.
5) Mix the sauce ingredients together & heat.
6) SServe with prawns.
