Ingredients :
1 chicken
5 whole red chillies
8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp salt
1/3 (80ml) white vinegar
1 medium tomato
1 tsp egg yellow colouring
a drop of jelly red colouring
1 tblsp red chilly sauce
2 to 2 ½ tablsp ghee
Method :
– Cut into convenient pieces: wash and drain dry.
– Put all other ingredients in blender and liquidize till fine.
– Marinate chicken in this for a few hours.
– Put in pot or oven with 2 tblsp ghee and cook slowly till done.
– Serve with macaroni, rice or fried potatoes.
