1 kg fish
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
4 large tomatoes
2 tsp red dry chillies
½ tsp tumeric
1 cup water
Clean, wash and slice fish
Soak chillies in water to soften
Put all spices and water in blender and blend fine.
Put blended ingredients in pot and bring to boil.
Lay fish slices in pot and simmer till fish is done.
Half and hour before serving put some lemon or curry leaves in pot of fish
