Ramadan Quiche Recipe

2 eggs

1 cup milk

Cheese

3 tbsp Cream style sweetcorn

Chopped spring onions or coriander

Dhania

Salt and pepper to taste

Leftover meats or fillings (optional)

Method
Preheat the oven to 200C and lightly grease or spray cupcake tins. Place individual cupcake sized pastry shells into the tins. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, cream style sweetcorn, chopped spring onions or coriander, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Add any leftover meat or filling to each pastry shell. Pour the prepared mixture over the filling, ensuring it reaches the top of the pastry. Top with additional cheese if desired. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and set
