1 LARGE CHICKEN THAT HAS BEEN CUT AND WASHED
Marinade:
½ tblsp Red masala
1 Tsp Salt-or to taste
2 tblsp Lemon Juice
2 tblsp Vinegar
1-2 Fresh garlic pods sliced
1 tsp Chicken spice
1 tsp Lemon pepper
½ tsp Crushed jeera
2 tsp Crushed red chillies
Cook in Ghee – for 45min on a low heat
Separately blend:
2 Red peppers
1 tub Sour cream or crème fraiche
2 tblspn tomato Paste
Few strands Saffron
Add to the chicken and allow to simmer for 5mins.
Garnish with coriander and sun dried Tomatoes.
Serve with rice or pasta or Garlic Naan
