Roast Baby Lemon herb Chicken

Place washed chicken onto a pan brushed with olive stuff chicken with the cous cous veggie mixture,2 half lemon wedges, 2 wedges raw onion, 2 garlic cloves, 5 tyme leaves and tie the chicken legs together with a string. On the tray cut 4 lemon wedges, 4 onion wedges, 3 garlic cloves and 5 small blocks of butter around the tray. Rub the chicken with dry tyme and oreganum and olive oil. Cover tray with foil and Cook on 190 degrees checking every 20 minutes and basting the top with juice of the pan. vut pieces on the chicken to see if cooked, when slightly browned take off the foil and bake without the foil. keep basting every 15 minutes.
