Roast chicken for 50 people (21.09.17)

 

10 chickens
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup magic masala
1 cup ginger garlic masala
5tab arad
3/4 cup dry dhana
about 1 cup chillies depends how strong u want it
2 tins tomatoe puree
Method:
Cut clean and wash chickens Dry it throughly on a big cloth. Mix all the masalas together. Marinate chicken for about an hour. Now in a pot warm enough ghee/oil oil together. Add chicken and cook till done. Another option is to pack chicken in pot. Slice butter in and cook till done. Once its done u can fry fat chips and serve with chicken. Garnish with green and enjoy
