Ingredients:
Step1:
6 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Sift flour and salt
Step2:
1 cube yeast
6 tbsp sugar
2 – 2 ½ cups lukewarm water
65g butter
Cream together
Step3:
1 egg
¼ cup oil
Mix well
Method:
Add step 2 to step 3. Then add to step 1. Make a soft dough. Leave to rise for 1 to 1½ hours. Knead and shape into rolls. Leave to rise again for an hour
Brush with egg and bake at 180 degrees until brown.
