1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar

1 ¼ cups flour
1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup crushed all bran flakes
1 crushed weetbix
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder.
Roast in a small pan…
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon saumf
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup pecan or almonds (or mix both)
Method…
Add seeds & nuts to the flour mixture
Mix in the butter mixture
Pour in 2 tablespoon oil
Make a soft, but firm dough with 1/2 cup milk
Roll out thin. Scrape with a fork & cut into shapes. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 deg
