Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 tblsps ginger garlic masala
½ tsp arad
2 tspssalt
2 tsps dhania
1 ½ tsps Jeero
2 pinches saffron
4 tblsps lemon juice
2 tblsps vinegar
2 tsps red chillies (fire)
3 slit green chillies
1 tuj, 1 elachi, 1 clove
2 tblsps oil
Method
1. Marinate the chicken in all ingredients except the slit green chillies
2. Heat 2 tblsps ghee in a pot with the slit green chilles when slightly hot and the marinated chicken and cook for about 55 minutes on medium heat.
