1kg chicken fillet
2tsp green masala
2tsp crushed garlic
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp garlic pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
Few peppercorns
1tbls lemon juice
1tbls garlic sauce
2tbls mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Cut potatoes into wedges
Cut carrots into strips
Marinate everything together
Add water and cook with ghee on low till done and potatoes soften …lastly add peas and let soften garnish with coriander and serve with hot puris
