Samoosa chaat Recipe

Ingredients
Fried Potato Samosas
1 can chick peas
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala/ SHAN CHAAT MASALA OR ANY OTHER U PREFER
1 small Red & white onion finely chopped
Fresh chopped coriander
1 teaspoon rough red chillies
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon green chutney
3 tablespoon Amli chutney
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Method
Briefly stir fry chopped white onion, chick peas, 2 table spoon amli sauce, 1 tablespoon green chutney, chaat masala, salt and red chillies for 5 minuets. Take your fried potato samoosa and break it up in large chunks. Take your preferred bowl, add broken samoosa, stirfried chickpeas, remainder amli sauce and green chutney, add 1 table soon of Greek yogurt, green corriander, chopped up red onion and scatter with pomegranate seeds

ADAPTATION OF SEVERAL RECIPES
Step 1:
Fry thin strips of samoosa pur till golden brown,drain well and set aside.
Fry 7 potato samoosas,drain then cut each one into 3s and set in a platter.

Step 2:
Add oil,mustard seeds and curry leaves in a hot pan.Drain 1 tin of chickpeas and add to pan.Season with salt, chaat masala(I used Shan brand) and chilli powder.

Step 3:
1/4 cup of plain yoghurt
dhania chutney
lemon juice and salt to taste
mix the above ingredients well

Step 4
1 lump of red aamli in some hot water.Strain and set juice aside.

Step 5:
Finely chop lettuce leaves,red onion, cucumber, rosa tomatoes.

*Dot the samoosas in platter with the yoghurt dressing
*Top with the fried chickpeas
*Drizzle with aamli juice and Quality pickles dhania chutney
*Layer salad over chickpeas
*Place fried pur on top of salad
*Garnish with chopped coriander, mint and pomegranate seeds.
*Serve immediately
